Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of food products, returns are limited.

Eligible Return Cases

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • An incorrect product was delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact us via email:

Please include:

  • Order details

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
